Brittany has over 15 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She attended the National Holistic Institute where she studied Eastern and Western modalities. She has also worked in several spas that have given her additional training in Lomi Lomi, Structured Integrative, Trager Method, and Prenatal Wellness. She specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue Techniques, as those are her most common requests. However, all of the massages can be customized to the client's individual needs.

This massage technique is designed to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by applying long gliding strokes to the body in the direction of blood towards the heart. This powerful ancient Mayan technique is also linked with Eastern Philosophies of finger pressure that is applied to specific points in the foot that are connected to organs and muscles throughout the entire body. All three massage styles can be combined to complement each other or applied alone. As they are all done with finger pressure applied to a specific area to release constricted areas of muscle. This service will help increase restoration and can help reduce scar tissue from previous injuries.
